TT Hotels Croatia is a hotel group and part of the largest travel group in the world - TUI Group. It was founded in 2013 in Zagreb, and in its portfolio it manages top-quality accommodation facilities in attractive locations of the Makarska Riviera and the Elaphites in Dubrovnik.

Through an integrated approach, we design solutions and advise TT Hotels Croatia in various business areas.

We participated in the general strategy and development of the organization through restructuring and reorganization, definition and optimization of processes and procedures, and coordination of project activities.

We created the communication strategy and communication platform and tools. We prepare contents for internal and other corporate communication.

We created a strategy for the development of human resources and implemented various activities within this area - from conducting research on employee satisfaction, employee evaluation, development activities and internal events to the development of corporate culture.

In terms of design, we created visual identity applications as well as branding and interior furnishing for offices in Zagreb and Dubrovnik.

We designed the concept and led the website creation project (development by The Big Idea Lab) for TT Hotels Croatia and the hotel brand TUI Blue, and created various corporate and promotional materials from presentations, brochures, banners, posters, flyers, greeting cards, advertisements, informative materials to various corporate gifts.
